i live in a pretty rural area and the exotic vet moves from town to town to visit all the animals in my local area.

i want to get my girl microchipped for several reasons, but i’m just wondering;

do i have to do this with an exotic vet? or can she be safely microchipped by a normal vet?

i tried looking in to it but can’t find the answer to my question
