We extended our hotel room stay for two more nights, but we had to change rooms to do so. We packed up our bags, moved our stuff to the new room, then tried to get her into her carrier. Unfortunately, she’s smart, hates to be picked up, and hates her carrier. Therefore, she decided to hide in every crevice she could find. Food lured her out but didn’t work. Treats stopped working. We were at our wit’s end. This went on for THREE HOURS. Finally, my mom had to go down to the front desk and explain the situation. Fifteen minutes and another room bag-swap later, she came out and hopped around like nothing happened.
