I’ve had my two rabbits for 5.5 years. I adopted them as a bonded pair when they were around 1 year old. Recently one was in the bunny hospital for 5 days. When I brought her home, the other one kept chasing her and they have had little scuffles. I now keep the separate during the day but they can interact through the gate. When I come home from work I let them together and they will be fine for a while, eating together and relaxing near each other, but then they get into a scuffle.

Anyone experience this? Do I have to go though the bonding process? This is stressing me out. And I’m sure it’s stressing them out.
