I have been mainly a colored pencil artist for my art ccareer.i fell in love with watercolors recently.

I started this piece with a colored pencil sketch and then did washes of watercolor on the whole piece, then went back in with colored pencil to add and refine. There isn't a part not touched by colored pencil.

How much you would say is watercolor? I only ask for entering a competition, which wants it to be 60% colored pencil.
