Please ignore the desk mess. I am looking at changing my monitor setup. I currently have an LG 1440p, 240Hz monitor (left) and LG 4k, 60Hz monitor (right). With the current monitor arms I have, I feel like I am losing a ton of desk space. I am playing with the idea of mountain a monitor to the wall behind my desk, and using a singular monitor arm for my second monitor (ideally off to the left near the window). I have a gaming PC, Xbox 360, and Xbox Series X all connected. If I upgraded to either a 32” 4k monitor and or 42” OLED TV, I would like to use all 3 devices on the mounted monitor. I would still play PC games on the 1440p monitor, but the larger monitor would be for work. My main problem is that my area between wall and window is 36”, which is just shy of the width of a 42” OLED TV, BUT every monitor I have found does not have a remote to switch between sources, which would create an annoying problem of leaning forward every time to switch back and forth (I know, I’m lazy). I’m not sure if this is the right place, but any advice so very appreciated!
