Thought I would post my positive experience with trying to go through the warranty to fix my broken clear headband. I was skeptical trying because of all the bad experiences and straight-out denials posted on this Reddit, and also how many secondary replacements people have made, but after 2 months, I got them back!

Seems like they replaced it with an Elegia headband, and I don't know if it's actually any different from the OEM clear one, but it does feel much better if anyone has any details.
