I’ve been afk for quite awhile. We just built a new home but I’ve been working on my folks place I inherited. We went to FL in Jan to take a break from the cold and ice. Yes, the wee it snowed in FL…. Upon our return I was supposed to start clearing it out on 1-27 and on my way into half a day of work, I received a call from the water dept asking if I was using 800GPH of water…. My folks were collectors. Think hoarding but by choice instead of mental illness. Everything was worth money, most not much but there was so much it was too much to just throw in dumpsters. Yes plural… Long story short, it’s been rehabbed and is basically countertops, plumbing and some final touch ups away from being on the market. Then there is the house we have lived in for 21 years. That project starts as soon as we can finish moving out. But priority 1 (after all the honey-dos and some sleep) is getting my dream setup and plugged in.
