My early to mid-eighties (mostly) two channel system is complete. Carver M-500, Carver C-4000, Carver DTL-200, early eighties Vandersteen 2 speakers (Dual 505 turntable, Nakamichi CR-1A not shown). Newer equipment: Geshelli J2 DAC, WiiM Pro, Fosi LC-30 amp/speaker switcher. Playing my favorite band from the eighties, Tears for Fears - Songs for a Nervous Planet (FLAC) from my Mac Mini M4. The speakers really woke up when I got the M-500/C-4000. I am planning to re-cap the M-500 and C-4000 soon. The college kid that couldn’t afford the amp, pre-amp, and speakers back then is happy today.
