Motherboard damaged in transit, does it look bad?

I've been really excited to build my first PC this weekend, I was only waiting for my MSI B850 motherboard & my PSU to arrive. So of course I was stoked to see that the mobo arrived today. When I opened it though, I saw that they put it in a box that's way too big with no protection so the corner of the mobo's box was dented. I prayed that nothing happened to the board itself, but sure enough, this is what I see.

I'm not sure if I should instantly file a case with the store to get a replacement (takes 1-3 days to process and then probably another week or more for it to arrive since it's low on stock) or if I should just wait for my PSU to arrive and then build the PC to see if the board works, and keep it if it does. Does the damage look bad?
