hi! i recently got the borealis backpack as a gift and i love it, however, it bugs me how much the top sticks out and the bottom is skinny. i am a university student and this is mostly what my backpack would look stuffed. i tried loosening up the straps at the bottom.

i know i could just stuff more in the bigger compartments but it just isn’t convenient and would be a lot messier trying to grab for things.

i also saw a lot of people online being able to reaally stuff their bags but mine seems to be kinda tight, not sure what else i could loosen up. and theirs still look pretty nice still after stuffing it.
