Hi reddit,

After extensive research I have found this product which covers most of my needs. I will pair it with this or this electric kettle.

Who has had experience with this teapot and can certify that it works well? What are some similar products that may be better?

Is one electric kettle better than the other? Any additional recs?

I NEED these criteria covered for the gaiwan /teapot:

• Large enough for two cups of tea (one is never enough for me)
• The strainer needs to be fine enough that there's zero leaves in my leaf water ???? ZERO ❌
• There's a lid that covers the pot/gaiwan and NOT just the strainer (I want to keep it warm after steeping and sip slowly)
• Doesn't empty the bank. I love those cute traditional pots but maybe one day. My goal right now is to keep myself antioxidant-rich.

P.S. I'm loving the Breville tea maker, however it is very expensive (for now). The teapot/gaiwan and electric kettle system is a compromise. I'm self soothing by telling myself that it looks like it would be a pain to clean anyway ????
