I go to my local roaster/cafe, Journey Coffee Co, a couple days a week for a pour over on my lunch break. Today the very nice barista said that they had a bunch of their Kenya that is 3 weeks off roast, and asked if I’d use some. Of course I said yes so she gave me a 12 oz bag! I’m pretty stoke on this, I’ve never felt more like a regular somewhere.
