16 inch made in Gozney Dome
![]() | Excuse the crust at the back, part of it got very attached to the oven and didn’t want to leave when it was time to take it out and eat! Cooked on a pizza screen initially with the oven around 430c with the flame off. When the temp drops to around 350c I take it off the screen. Onto the stone and low flame to finish it off.
