I don't always drink Napa but I am a sucker for older bottles of Paul Hobbs Cabs...they are ageless wonders. Bought on release from the winery this was my last regular bottle. This is middle aged and shows so much primary fruit still. Will likely show great another 10-15 years but should start leaning into the tertiary fruit soon.
