This bottle of 2012 Biondi-Santi (greppo) has been cellared since I brought it home from Tuscany in 2016-17.

At that time, I also brought bottles from different producers, which have all been well enjoyed or are confidently holding well for the next 5 years.

Should I continue to hold this bottle, or enjoy it at the next opportunity?
