I’d been looking into vegan cheese for months now but hadn’t tried it yet. miyokos liquid mozzarella. tried a few with different techniques a couple days before the event. hated pouring out of the wide mouth so I got a squeeze bottle.

had to parbake the crust & sauce bc the cheese was too wet and I screwed the launch a couple times.

I made some folks very very happy with these. and that’s what it’s all about
