2022 Richard Östreicher Spätburgunder Rosen

This delicious wine is a tiny production Pinot Noir from the talented renegade producer from the Franken region of Germany. Super serious, but offering a ton of pleasure.

Extremely aromatic, this jumps from the glass with perfumed cherries and baking spices. The palate is deep and dark with ripe black cherries. There is a lot going on but the wine remains impeccably balanced.

Very much enjoyed checking in on this young wine that will undoubtedly improve with age, but already drinking so well.
