Finally getting decent pies from my Ooni Fyra. It was a huge learning curve but once the pies start coming out right, it's worth it. I figure if I can learn to make decent pizzas in the extremely fiddely Fyra, I can feel confident that I won't be flinging pies into the trash in disappointment.
