I have been eating a Margherita pizza every Friday for many years. I've been baking my own pizzas for 3 months and it's a revelation. I can no longer eat the pizzas from the delivery service... Recently I came home at midnight and quickly conjured up this magnificent specimen. It was the best decision of my life to learn how to bake a good pizza. I'm not good at cooking, but I wouldn't trade my pizza for any other.
