Enjoyed a bottle at Craft House in Solvang.

This got a quick decant and probably could have benefited from a longer own, but even an hour of air and swirling helped open this up.

I recently tasted this at the winery, but this bottle was a lot better than what I tasted there.

Dark fruit, with dark cherry, dark plum, blackberry. Some rosemary notes as well.

Drinking beautifully already, but also will benefit with time in the bottle.

I would drink this any day of the week.

Next time, will give it a two hour decant, if possible.
