I have a local Safeway with a large cellar and they frequently put things on sale around January and August. They do a lot of clearance items so they basically age it for me and then I take it home on the cheap. There is obviously more there than I took But these are the ones that seem to score best from my initial view. I told myself I would only be buying champagne moving forward because it goes with everything and I am completely out of space to store more but when you find something like this you can’t say no.

So if you only have space for a few items, which of these do you put in the wine cellar and which one do you store on the rack at room temperature? Also what would be the drinking windows on these ones? I’m getting numbers all over the map.
