Hey I’m still relatively new to expanding my tea horizons. I bought jasmine pearls from Wha-Cha teas which I’ve enjoyed all their teas so far. I tried the jasmine pearls today and noticed as the pearls unfurled there were 90% stems with the new growth leaves on them. The volume of stems made me ask is this normal to the pearl production of this variety or is it abnormal/sign of lower quality? Thanks for educating me!
