2020 Llopart Brut Reserva Corpinnat

I looove Cava, and this is my first Corpinnat. The idea of serious winemakers renouncing the DO in protest of low quality/regional regulations is so badass. I’m thrilled.

Nose of fresh shiso, mint, apple and toast, also reflected on the palate. Creamy body and rousing acidity.

I’m all about some high and low. The wine did wonderful, harmonious things with the QPC.
