100% Pinot Noir from the lieu-dit "Les Gayères" in the Premier Cru village of Pierry. This is from the upper part of the central slope of Pierry, with western exposure. 50-year-old vines, very lively perlage, golden in the glass. Bread crust, ripe fruit, floral notes. Beautiful minerality that flows into a savory and engaging finish.
