A fun, inexpensive rose of Nebbiolo. I personally haven’t dabbled much in the Nebbiolo rose field but this is making me want to try others. Juicier and more fruit driven than you would expect from a Provençal rose, but with deceptive tannin and acid structure that holds up well with all types of food. A great rose for the cooler months ahead.
