Someone at work gave me a bottle of this sparkling rose when reorganizing our cellar. This bottle is vintaged at 2012 and been in that cellar for years in room temperature. I opened the aluminum and I found this green dust. Is this mold or something else? Would this be usable for consumption and R&D as I have an idea with it?
