I’ve been dreaming of tomato sandwiches all summer and made a classic one with my first good tomato. Over the next few days the sandwich kept evolving with more ingredients. This version was my favorite! Toasted bread, cream cheese & mayo on both slices, lettuce, garden grown tomatoes heavily seasoned with S&P, ham, provolone, and a little bit of zesty Italian dressing. Going to do a similar style BLT soon, just been too lazy to make the bacon. So damn delicious!
