| Used a recipe off of YouTube: 320g flour, 220g water, 1/2 tsp instant yeast, 6g/1tsp salt, except I made a poolish the evening before with 100g water and flour. No knead, two stretch and folds every 30 mins, 2 hour rise, shaping and then final rise 30 mins. I think the final rise should have been longer, which is why there are these visible tears on the surface, like on the one closest to the camera, but I'm not sure. Tried a few different scoring ways, just to see what looks nice lol [link] [comments] |
