A nice big plump glass of Bogle Chardonnay works for me, especially on a hot day. Lots of oak vanilla cream 14.5% alcohol. This was from a Christmas gift basket we received, and was one of the few times a bottle of wine was welcome since I don't normally get to buy this. My spouse prefers steely Chablis, but sometimes I want to mix it up.

And they're gone at the moment making it easier to uncork this...
