Trying to get the hang of this!

Just purchased a Gozney Arc XL recently, and this is my 3rd time doing pizza for the family. I use Caputo flour, canned San Marzano tomatoes, and Fior di Latte di Agerola Mozzarella.

I bake sourdough bread every week, and would love pizza dough recipes to use with my starter. Anyone want to share their success?
