A classic pizza margherita on an Ooni Koda 15
![]() | Dough is Ken Forkish’s same day straight pizza dough (70% hydration), topped with fior di latte and homemade sauce with san Marzano tomatoes. Fired in our new Ooni Koda 16 for around 100 seconds at 420C. Really enjoying having a pizza oven, have never been able to get such results from my home oven. [link] [comments] |
