Trying out my new Gozney Arc XL.
| First time using the Gozney overnight dough recipe. Added a bit more yeast as the house is on the cool side. 1kg flour 600g water 1.5g fresh yeast 30g sea salt Proved in bulk for 16 hrs and then 8 hrs balled. All room temp. Cooked at 400C. [link] [comments] |
