Kind of hard to see the layers but from the bottom up:

Mayo and mustard mixed, swiss, chopped roasted pork loin, pepperjack, ham, salami, provolone, chopped pickles, and more mayo/mustard.

Baked at 400 degrees until the cheese was bubbly then wrapped in foil so all the flavors could meld and everything could come to the same temp throughout.
