Jean-François Ganevat Dolium 2012 is Jura white in full maturity mode.

Nuts, overripe apple, saline, alpine herbs. Great viscous texture.

More savory than fresh at this point.

Excellent with roast chicken with mushrooms.

I bought this in 2012/13, and this was the first wine that started the habit of buying three of wines (one now, one in a bit, one a bit later). This is the first time I’ve gone through all three bottles. Worth it.
