I had the opportunity to taste a 1992 Vouvray at a wine class yesterday!

I work for a fairly large restaurant group and have been attending their “wine college” hosted by our beverage director, a master sommelier. I was lucky enough to be one of the 16 chosen for the class and it’s been a wonderful learning experience. This 1992 Vouvray had notes of baked golden apples, honey, and a little bit of mushrooms. It had medium plus acidity, medium body and was off dry. A true pleasure to taste!
