I've never had a hot dog like it anywhere else in America. It doesn't look like my type of dog, I'm typically more of a Chicago Dog type, but the flavor of the finely diced meat is very unique and delicious. Lots of celery salt. The ones in the photo are all the way, no mustard. Yellow mustard would be the base layer otherwise. No where else does dogs like this, especially NY or my neck of the woods. The place that did them best starting at 6AM closed down just a few months back after 60+ years. Very disappointing, but still worth trying when in RI. Imagine this for breakfast, you should have seen my girl's face. ????
