Not the best picture, but this burger is my go-to. Super straight forward but great.

-Generic burger sauce: kewpie, mustard, tomato sauce, diced pickles and pickle juice, onion powder, touch of honey -smoked 80/20 mince -caramelised onions -2 slices of burger cheese -Sichuan crispy chilli oil (secret ingredient) -toasted potato buns
