why are my homemade matcha lattes so much worse than the ones at cafes
i love matcha, but the lattes i make at home don’t seem to get the right consistency? idk how to explain it but it’s like the matcha doesn’t mix into the drink quite the same way and it ends up worse.
i have a decent quality matcha and use a milk frother to mix it into 180 degrees F water along with a little honey or sugar before adding milk and ice
