Continuing my mission to make as many sandwiches from The Encyclopedia of Sandwiches (by Susan Russo) as I can, #13 is the pulled pork sandwich. I used pre-made coleslaw and pulled pork to save time. The book does provide optional homemade recipes for both. Yum! Very saucy and not too much spillage. The only thing missing was pickles, which I don't have at the moment.
