Looking forward to trying my first Ar.Pe.Pe, which I'm planning to bring to a nice byo place for my mom's birthday.

My question is, should I decant the bottle earlier in the day prior to leaving for the restaurant? And should I fridge it for the half hour before leaving as well?

Any tips are appreciated, as I'm looking to experience the wine at its best. Thanks!
