On the base we have sautéed onions, romaine lettuce, lightly grilled slices of tomato and homemade (from homegrown cucumbers) crinkle-cut gherkins, then on top of the burger patty we have melted Ogleshield cheese, crispy maple bacon and homemade burger sauce. Bloody lovely lunch.
