Opened up this Champagne to celebrate one of the first nights in my first house. This hit all the right elements for me in Champagne - the golden hue, the nose of pear & toasty brioche, and a very fine mousse. The wine was great, and made all the better by the occasion it helped to celebrate. Cheers!
