What are you drinking this fine Friday ;P
| Rully 1er Cru Les Champs Cloux 2021 Nose: Cherry, cranberry (highlighting the wine’s crisp acidity), strawberry, subtle oak and earthy undertones. Palate: Fresh and vibrant with noticeably high acidity and fine, integrated tannins. Red fruits are super expressive, with light oak that adds structure without overwhelming. The finish reveals earthy tones that I assume is due to 2021 being cool-vintage in Burgundy. Overall: Drinking very well now, but the structure and acidity suggest it has the some aging potential (3-5 years). [link] [comments] |
