How do I get a better rise on my crust?

I’ve been doing pizzas for the last month and although they turn out good they dont have the fluffy crust I would like. Also the dough is not very elastic before cooking.

The recipe I’m using is:

  • 300 grams of flour.

  • 200 ml of water

  • 8 grams of dry yeast

  • 6 grams of salt.

  • knead for 10 minutes

  • let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature.
