Thin crust aka my dough didn’t rise as I had hoped because Canada and old yeast - nduja/red onion (love how the nduja bakes almost like meat sauce), flammekueche (bacon, crème fraîche, gruyère) and funghi with shallot cream. Used the Breville Pizzaiolo. Baby enjoyed a nice cup of breast milk. I used Ken Forkish’s Biga pizza dough.
