Initially rather tannic and muted fruit notes, but with air and swirling, opened up nicely.

Notes of red cherry, raspberry, blueberry.

Lovely color as well.

Wine continued to evolve nicely over the night and paired well with the vegetarian tasting menu.

Good value for a sub-$40 CdP.
