Lamb burgers with homemade mayo and pickles
| Sorry it's a bit basic, but I made lamb burgers for the family. Buns and ketchup are store bought, but the lamb was from our family ranch and butchered two weeks ago, the white cheddar from one of the neighbors, mayo made from eggs from our ranch, and the pickles from my greenhouse. Quite pleased with how the pickles came out as it was my first time trying to make them. [link] [comments] |
