I’m in need of some storage advice! I’ve got the two attached wine fridges. The left (EuroCave) works perfectly. The right (WineEnthusiast) doesn’t work due to a basement flood that fried some components. I’d still like to use it to store wine - but nothing super expensive or in need of perfect temp regulation (which is why I’ve got the eurocave).

My question is - how would you all split your wine between these two? Cost? Type? Age? It’s been driving me crazy and I need true expert help!
