Paid for 5 bottles + shipping 75€. I love german riesling and thought that I will give this a try, given the (imo) good price. Had a couple of new vintage Van Volxem’s and really liked them but I never had a Spätlese or a aged Riesling. What should I expect? What would you open first? Was thinking that the Van Volxem and the Dr. Crusius will be opened soon as they are already 22 years old. The 2009‘s (especially the Schäfer-Fröhlich) is still fairly young for a Spätlese from what I read and could be stored in my wine cellar for a couple more years.
