I’ve been making smash burgers for a few years now during which time I have tried various minor differentiations. The only thing that doesn’t really change is my sauce: a combination of mayo, bbq sauce, grated pickles, onion powder, American mustard and hot sauce.

Anyway, here’s my latest iteration which features a slice of beetroot.
